For the 2015 Innovators Awards, submissions were evaluated by a panel of judges on factors such as originality, innovation, and capability of fulfilling a new market need.

The award reception took place at the AIA Automate 2015 Show in Chicago, Illinois. Glenn Antonelli, Vice President of Marketing at Icron Technologies, received the award on behalf of the company from Andy Wilson, Vision Systems Design’s Editor-in-Chief, and Alan Bergstein, Group Publisher at PennWell Corporation.
